Yeoman being Sick and weak in Body" , dated 15 Mar 1724 [1724/25, adds 11th year of George so after Oct 1724 before Oct 1725], proved 21 May 1725, names seven children [who already received gifts] Namely David Rice, Henry Rice, Jonathan Rice, Hezekiah Rice, Abraham Rice & Ezekiel Rice and Anne Cutter now the wife of William Cutter of Cambridge; wife Elisabeth; sons Phnehas [under 21] & Richard; daughter Martha (now the wife of James Whitney); daughter Elisabeth (now the wife of Daniel Pratt); daughter Sarah Rice; daughter Abigail Rice. Sons Hezekiah and Abraham to be executors.
