Dom. 1720, of all their right in and to that estate of ye decd., and in behalf of John Dyxx in right of his wife Sarah, third daughter of ye decd., who have, for ye sum of ten pounds current mony of ye Colony paid to us by sd. Noah Waddams, quitt claimed to him under theire hands and seals bearing date June 15th, Anno. Dom. 1720, all the right in and to ye estate of ye decd., and also in behalf of ye Jonathan Blin in right of his wife Mary, youngest daughter of ye decd., who have given unto sd. Noah Waddams under their hands and seals a quitt claime bearing date 24 May, Anno. Dom. 1720.
