John Tenney (JohnA, ThomasB, HenryC) was baptized at Great Limber, Lincolnshire, 9 November 1600, and he died probably at Fulstow, Lincolnshire, between 6 May 1658, when he made his will, and 1660, when it was proved. He married first, at Brocklesby 31 August 1629, Jane Aeton, the daughter and sole heir of Rev. Thomas Aeton, rector of Brocklesby, and his wife Alice. … John and Jane Tenney lived first in Great Limber, where they had four children baptized between 1630 and 1635, and John served as churchwarden in 1631. By 1636, they had removed to nearby Riby, where their fifth child was baptized. Jane died between the birth of her last child in 1636 and about 1646, by which time John had married, second, Anne _____, with whom he had four more children. He was probably still living in Riby in 1644, as his father was called John Tenney "the elder" in his burial record there that year. By 1658 he had moved to Fulstow.
