Teste: Joel Hornback, John Frazier. Codicil, horses left to Bro. John Scot’s children to be taken by Benj. Scot until they are of age. Proved, 22d March, 1753, by John Frazier and Ridle Hyer, and Benj. Scot qualifies administrator with sureties Henry Lancisco, Peter Mauzie.
