    A FARM, DOCK & STOREHOUSE, On the Hudson river, for sale or exchange for Property in the city of New-York. THE Farm of the late John Schultz, containing 233 acres of land, situated in the town of Rhinebeck, about half way between the Rhinebeck Flats Landing and lower Red Hook; has a portion of arable, meadow and wood land, and is well supplied with water; fences in good repair and chiefly new, there having been made upwards of 200 roods stone wall within three years. Two roads run through the farm, one leading to the landing. The dock and storehouse, with a small expense, may be put in good repair, and restored to a place of considerable business. The dwelling at the landing will accommodate a family comforatably. Besides the above buildings, there is a 1 1-2 story dwelling house, containing 6 rooms and 2 kitchens, a large barn, cider house, cow shed, &c. all in good repair, with two wells of good water; also two other tenements, one of which is occupied as a school house. On the place are two apple orchards--the one near the river, the other near the last mentioned buildings; a variety of the best grafted fruit trees have lately been set out, and are in a thriving state; the front on the river is upwards of half a mile. On this place are a number of situations for building, affording delightful views up and down the river, for a great distance, and also of the neighboring country. It will be sold in two farms or together, as may be desired, and the terms will be accommodating. To view the premises apply to John G.     The oldest man in Rhinebeck, say the Gazette, is Mr. John Ring. He is in his 93d year, and is in good health.
