He resided in the part of Sudbury that is now Wayland, on the easterly side of the road leading from Weston to Saxonville, and on part of the homestead of his grandfather Edmund Rice, not far distant from 'the spring,' near which was the residence of his brother, Deacon Edmund Rice.
