    My Wife Phebe C. Liscum should have the Brick House & lot on which it stands on Winnoski Ave in Burlington whair [sic] I reside together with all furniture and debts to be paid
    and one-third of Real and Personal property that remains so long as she remains my widow then to be divided equally among my children
    and the other two-thirds to be divided equally among all my children as soon as may be after my decease
