John Lapsley, Probable Brother of Joseph Lapsley

John Lapsley is being placed as a probable brother of Joseph Lapsley, who migrated to Augusta County, Virginia and settled in the "Borden Tract", which is located in what is now Rockbridge County, Virginia.
