- Page 135.--21st May, 1755. John Kirkpatrick to John Parry (Peery), plantationer, £3, 100 acres in Beverley Manor on Back Creek in Thos. Kirkpatrick's old line (see p. 127, supra). Delivered: Jno. Kilpatrick, 1760.
