    PARISH GARNER who intermarried with ELIZABETH PARKER, for and on the behalfe of his Children that he had by ELIZABETH, and JOHN HALL and RUTH his Wife, late RUTH PARKER, exhibited here in Court at January Court 1712 their certaine Bill of Complaint against BENNEDICT MIDDLETON, Son of ROBERT MIDDLETON, deced. and JOHN MIDDLETON, Grandson of ROBERT &c., To which the Respondts. in August Courtfollowing returned into Court their answer in writeing on Oath; And now at this Court the Complainants for the uncertainty and insufficiency of the Respondts.'s answer demurred thereto and prayed the Respondts might be taxed with costs, &c., Uponconsideration whereofit is decreed and accordingly ordered by the Court that theRespondents doe full answer make to the Complainants's Bill at the next Court to be held for this County or that they be taxed with forty shillings costs.
