  • Melvin Hill Cemetery is located in the Town of Phelps, on the west side of Melvin Hill Road. It is north of County Road #23, in Town lot 85, approximately five miles north of the city of Geneva. It is three miles south of the village of Phelps, and about midway between the hamlets of Oaks Corners and Orleans.
