  12. In the name of the benevolent father of all by Henry Gaster of Wyandot County, Ohio do make and publish this my last will and testament. I give and devise to my beloved wife in lieu of her dower the farm on which we now reside situate in Jackson Township, Wyandot County, Ohio and containing 37 1/2 acres more or less, during her natural life and all the stock, household goods, furniture, provisions and other goods and chattels which may be thereon at the time of my decease during her natural life as aforesaid; she however selling so much thereof as may be sufficient to pay my just debts. At the death of my said wife the real estate aforesaid I give and devise to my son's John J. Gaster and Robert Gaster and their heirs also what stock, goods and chattels may be on the aforesaid premises at the time of the decease of my wife. I give the said property to the above named two sons and their heirs. Them two sons paying to John Henry Gaster $200, Rosanna Waggonner $150, and Mary Liles $150. The above money to be paid two years after the decease of my wife. In testimony hereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 5th day of September A. D. 1871. Signed and acknowledge by said Henry Gaster as his last will and testament in our presence; and signed by us in his presence: James Southward and S.D. Blue. John J Gaster is Administrator. But when the estate is finalized the results get changed a bit... With agreement they will furnish Henry with free labor and Firewood and 1/3 of all crops. This property: SE 1/4 of SE1/4 of Section 3 and NE 1/4 of NE 1/4 of Section 3 in township 3 south of Range 12 (74A)
