Seems to have died of some sort of epidemic that also caused the death of all three brothers, two of their wives and a brother-in-law. His son John died at Simsbury the summer before.

He and his brothers Job and Jacob appear on the 7 Oct 1669 list of freeman at Windsor (NEHGR Vol. 5).

John was granted land at Simsbury in 1667, though the only direct evidence of him living there is that his children appear in the Windsor recs with “of Simsbury” after his name.
