Beginning on the South side of lot number 75 on the western boundary line of land owned by Rufus Coon in May 1809 at a stake and stone thence North eighty eight rods tot he Northern boundary line of said lot, thence west 30 Rods to a stake and stone thence South about 40 Roods or 44 Rods thence West sixty eight rods to a stake and stone thence South fifty four rods thence east sixty eight rods to a cross the creek to a stake and stones thence North 18 rods to the Mill dam thence east along the highway to the place of beginning.
