VI. John Buchanan, born 1704, married, first, in 1735, Jane Nixon, and by her (who died 1736) had one son: (1) John, of whom presently. He married, secondly, in 1738, Mary Orr, and had, besides daughters, three sons: (2) William, who descendants are still at Deroran; (3) Andrew, whose descendents are in America; and (4) Patrick. Deroran went to the second family.
