Joseph Badger, jr., of Gilmanton, and grandfather of the late William Badger, Governor of New Hampshire."

    The Joseph Badger mentioned here appears to have been the son of this man's son John (b. 1665) and Rebecca Brown. The son Daniel was almost certainly the "son" born March 1684/85.
