26 Aug 1737 Anthony Dushene of St. Georges hundred in the county of Newcastle on Dellawar, yeoman of the one part and Jacob Anderson, John Anderson and James Anderson of the same place, Sones and heirs of John Anderson of the same place Deceast of the other part. Witnesseth that aforesaid Anthony Dushene for and in consideration of the sum of Sixty Six Acres of land and marsh maid over unto me the aforesaid Anthony Dushene my heirs and assigns by the Executrix of the aforesaid John Anderson deceast agreed to be made over to me before his death in an Artickel of agreement bearin gthe date the 9 Mar 1736/7 which was according done in Exchange for a hundred acres of land lyeth opposite on the shore called Successor and this present piece of marsh hereinafter mentioned the receipt whereof I the aforesaid Anthoney Dushene doth hereby acknowledge myself there with fully and Intirely satisfied ... hath granted bargained and exchanged and sopt according to theaforesaid artikell of agreement I confirm unto Jacob Anderson, John Anderson, James Anderson, heirs of the said John Anderson dec'd all that marsh lying on the west side of Elk River near the head thereof and containing within the west line of a track of land called Prices Venture and now in the actual possession of the aforesaid Anthony Dushene...
