    William Robinson Admr Estate of Col. Christopher Allen late of South Kingstown deceased rendered an account of his Admin of sd Estate of sd Col Allen amount: £596 19s 3d; allowed by TC.
    The abovesd account of £596 19s 3d being out of the whole of Inventory of Estate of sd Col Allen which is £209 3s 7d which leaves in the hands of sd William Robinson the some of £1512 4s 4d to be distributed among the next of kin to the sd deceased Christopher Allen in equal degree.
    Thus TC orders sd sum of £1512 4s 4d be distributed among the legal representatives of sd testator in equal degree as follows, viz:
    One fourth part to the children in equal decree of John Allen late of Woodbridge in East New Jersey deceased one of the brothers of the sd deceased.

  2. Grandson Samuel Allen -
    27 Aug 1731 Indenture between Samuel Allen of Woodbridge, Middlesex County of East New Jersey (grandson of John Allen late of Woodbridge formerly of R. I. deceased) and William Congdon of South Kingstown, yeoman. Whereas in a certain deed under the hand of William Gardner of Kingstown aforesaid (the son of William Gardner late deceased) dated 21 Dec 1711 the said Wm Gardner did sell to James Allen of Kingstown 140 acres in Kingstown bounded: W Ephraim Codner, N Samuel Tifft, E highway, S Mr Jahleel Brenton -- land on east side of the highway bounded: N Rowse Helme, E Thomas Rodman, also E Jeremiah Willson, S said Brenton recorded in Land Evidence Book __ page 15. James Allen died intestate. This indecture witnesseth that Samuel Allen for £300 to said William Congdon 72 3/4 acres (part of land before mentioned) bounded N & E highway, W Thomas Potter, S Jahleel Brenton. dated & ack. 27 Aug 1731, rec 16 Sep 1731.
