Jelke Vlietstra, geboren 16 april 1868 Zoon van Hendrik Jelmers Vlietstra en Grietje Jochums Visser - ↑ 2.0 2.1 Jelke Vlietstra, aged 87, of 1019 Crosby St., NW, passed away in Butterworth Hospital Sunday night. He is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Dick (Jessie) Hoogewind of Grand Rapids, Mrs. Gertrude Waldron of Coopersville and Mrs. Flora Neymeiyer of Marn; twenty-two grandchilden; thirty-five great-grandchildren. Funeral servies will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2 at Van't Hofs chapel, the Rev. C. VandenHeuvel officiating. Interment Washington Park Memorial Garden. Mr. Vlietstra reposes at the funeral home where relatives and friends may meet the family from 7 to 9 Tuesday evening. Relatives and friends are kindly asked to omit flowers.
