Phyllis (Carlisle) Berry remembers him as a farmer who lived on Mocassin Ave, Buchanan, MI. The Herald Press, St Joseph, MI July 2, 1949 Obituaries Jay M Glover, 69, life-long resident of this district, died at 6:30 a.m. today at his home, 419 Mocassin Ave, following a years illness. Mr Glover, son of the late Mr and Mrs Jay Glover, was born January 18, 1880 in Buchanan. On May 28, 1929 in South Bend, Ind. he married Belle Haslett, who survives. He was a retired farmer and real estate dealer. His only other surviver is a cousin, Mrs Richard McLaughlin of Bellflower, Calif. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at the First Evangelical United Brethren church at Buchanan with Rev. L. E. Lee pastor of the church, officiating. Burial will be Oak Ridge Cemetery.
