    Jane Allison married William Ross in 1770 in Va., probably Botetourt County. There are new tombstones at their graves in Mt. Bethel Cemetery, Greene Co., Tenn. Jane's stone states that she was born c1739 at sea. Jane had her last child, James Allison Ross, born in 1800. Her correct birthdate should be born about 1758, not 1739.
