Kennedy, N 36 deg, 93 poles, N 40 deg, W 44 poles to a Dogwood Gum & chestnut oak, NE 73 poles to a white walnut, S 46 deg, E 27 poles to the beginning.

Winegar with all houses ways, easements, and advantages whatsoever to the land and premises or in anyways appertaining to the Estate, right, title, interest, claim and demand of the said James Wallace & Agness his wife, Robert Peery & Isabella his wife, Robert Wallace & Sarah his wife, Robert Campbell & Rebecca his wife, & Thomas Hutson & Mary his wife and their heirs. They are to forever defend the title. On the motion of John Walker a Commission is granted to take the privy examination of said feme coverts touching their relinquishments of Dower in the Land conveyed according to law.
