   James H. "Buck" Loughner, 76, of Albion, died Sunday, Oct. 8, 2006, at Edinboro Manor, after a long illness. He was born in Larimer, Oct. 30, 1929, the son of the late Herbert and Elizabeth Schneider Loughner. He served with the U.S. Navy during the Korean conflict. He retired from Copes-Vulcan in 1992 after 10 years of service. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan. He was well-known in the area for his pool shooting. He is survived by his wife, Roxie Carol Woomer Loughner, whom he married on June 13, 1952; three children, Marsha (Frank) Brown, of Russell, Pa., Denise Stout and Douglas Loughner, both of Albion; four grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter.
