- Page 536.--18th August, 1762. John Dickinson, gent., to James Fitzpatrick, £30, 195 acres on Cedar Creek of Jackson's River. Delivered: John Fitzpatrick, 29th June, 1792.
- Crockett, Robert—195 acres— Jackson's River mouth of Cedar Creek—Patent, 1760, John Dickenson— sold 1762, to James Fitzpatrick for 30p—sold, 1793, by Fitzpatrick to Paul Harpole for 225p. ["Annals of Bath County, Virginia", page 28]. (Note: duplication of record above).
