- Exec: James Tallman and Benjamin Arbogast
- Inst: debts to be paid, including those to James Cunningham and James Tallman from monies due from Thomas Kirkpatrick, executor of his father's estate
- Beq: to eldest son John, yearling horse and 2 cows, ax, saddle
- to daughter Elizabeth, 1 bed and bedding and bedstand, spinning wheel and check reel
- to daughter Martha the same
- to daughter Mary Jane bed and bedding, balance of household furniture, farm utinsils, and carpenter's tools
- all other property to be sold at public sale with one year's credit, with equal division among the children "to be put to the use of schooling them to learn them to read the Scriptures reasonably well and to write some. The garls the boys to read, write and cypher as far as the rool of three"
- land to be sold with each child receiving an equal part at age 21, or the girls when they marry if sooner, but John to get $50 and Jacob $33 more than the others. The boyus are to choose guardians to bind them to trades at age 15.
