The Jabez Howland House is a historic house at 33 Sandwich Street in Plymouth, Massachusetts. The oldest portion of this two-story wood frame house was built by Jacob Mitchell (son of Pilgrim Experience Mitchell) in 1667, and purchased by Jabez Howland, son of Mayflower passengers John Howland and Elizabeth Tilley Howland, two of the original Pilgrims.

"Jabez2 Howland was born at Plymouth about 1644 and died at Bristol, before 6 February 1711/2. … Jabez Howland was made a freeman on 29 May 1670 and was chosen Constable for the town of Plymouth 1 June 1675. … Jabez Howland was on the 1 September 1681 list of the first inhabitants of Bristol. He was on the 20 February 1684 list of land owners. … On 6 June 1682, 2 June 1685, and 3 June 1690 Jabez was chosen as a Selectman of Bristol, and in June 1689 and on 3 June 1690 Jabez Howland was chosen as Deputy for Bristol.
The will of Jabez Howland of Bristol, blacksmith, dated 14 May 1708, proved 21 February 1711/2, names wife Bethiah, son Jabez, and 'My four sons.' The division of 26 November 1714 among Jabez, Josiah, Samuel and Joseph Howland mentions their mother Bethiah and Nathan Townsend, only son of their sister Elizabeth Townsend, deceased, late wife of Nathan Townsend of Newport."

Will of "Jabez Howland of Bristol … Blacksmith", dated 14 May 1708, inventory 6 Feb 1711/12, proved 21 Feb 1711/12, mentions by name only "my beloved wife Bethiah Howland & my Loveing son Jabez Howland Joynt Executors", refers to "my four sons". Agreement of heirs dated 26 Nov 1714 names the sons Jabez, Josiah, Samuel and Joseph "all of Bristol", mentions "Nathan Townsend the onely son of our sister Elizabeth dec'd" ["late wife of Nathan Townsend of Newport"].
