    533 ISAAC VAN DEUSEN, son of (2S1) Abraham Van Deusen and Cornelia Vredenburgh ; b in 1793; name of first wife not known; m (2d) March 27, 1845, Agnes Armstrong, b in 1806; wid of James Armstrong (who d in Decatur Co., Ind., Sept. 25, 1842). Isaac served in the War of 1812 in a New York Regt.; was "drafted June 18, 1812, at Canandaigua, N. Y., and discharged Feb., 1813, at Buffalo, N. Y." He filed Bounty Land Claim, Nov. 16, 1850, for 40 acres (Ctf. 33,409) and April 2, 1855, for 120 acres (Ctf. 40,734). He then resided in Decatur Co., Ind. He died in Sullivan Co., N. Y., Oct. 6, 1865. His widow applied for pension Nov. 9, 1878, which was allowed (Ctf. 20,046). Auditor reports that no payment was ever made.
