- Vol. 2 – Marriage Bond in Augusta County - 1796--August 23, Isaac Grey and Wm. Kerr, surety. Isaac Gray and Elizabeth Kerr, daughter of Robert Kerr (consent). Teste: Wm. Koons, David Koons.
- Page 373.--20th December, 1799. Mathew Willson's will--To wife, Heloner; to sons, William and Mathew; to 3 daughters, Martha, Sarah, Eleanor; to son, John; to daughters, Elizabeth and Mary; to son, William, lands on Little Back Creek adjoining John and Thos. Sharp, and James Hathorn. Executors, wife Heloner, son John, James Mitchell; to two grandsons, both named Mathew Willson. Teste: Isaac Gray, Jno. Risk, Jr.; Henry Grove. Proved, 25th June, 1804. All executors refuse. Administration granted sons John and Mathew.
