Funeral of H. Clarence Norris, 66, who established Norris Lake Shores near Lawrenceville, will be held Sunday at 1 pm at Patterson’s Funeral Home in Spring Hill. Masonic burial will be in Crest Lawn Memorial Park. Mr. Norris, of 1406 Sheridan Road NE, died Friday at his home. He was a member of the Greenbriar Masonic Order and was a World War I veteran. A native of Alabama, he came to Atlanta in 1910. Surviving are the widow, the former Camilla Ross; sisters, Mrs. R. J. Davidson, Atlanta, Mrs. W. H. Blackwell, St Petersburg, Florida, and Mrs. C. Patrick Johnson, Seattle; brothers, J. Paul Norris, Sun City Center, Florida, and W. F. Norris, Atlanta; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Sunday, January 30, at 1 o’clock at Spring Hill, in charge of Joseph C. Greenfield Lodge No. 400, F&AM. Interment, Crest Lawn.
