Funeral services for Henry Van Woudenberg, 84, were held Monday, April 10, at The First Reformed Church in Inwood with the Rev. W. R. Kolenbrander officiating. Prayer services were held from Porter Funeral Home at 1:00 p.m. with burial rites at 1:30 at Inwood, and interment in Valley View Cemetery in Rock Valley.

Mr. Van Woudenberg had been transferred to Valley Manor from the Sioux Center Hospital, and died there after an extended illness. He was born in The Netherlands, Dec. 25, 1882 and after coming to America settled in the Inwood, Rock Valley area. He married Teunnie Verdoorn January 22, 1908.

Survivors include the widow, two sons and two daughters. Joe of Fairview, S. D.; Henry, Tucson, Ariz.; Mrs. Cornelius Marie) Middle, Inwood, and Mrs. Jake (Elsie) Van Noort, Hawarden Also eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren, and two sisters. Mrs. Jake Westra, Hull and Mrs. Jake Schol, George.
