    "Henry (Wise), b. (Roxbury) 1 March 1654/5; because he was the only man of the name, and because the chronology is right, he is almost certainly the Henry Wise of Guilford, CT who m. ca. 1680 Mary Mansfield of New Haven, by whom he had two daughters (NEHGR 66:308-09). Of significance in this regard is the fact that Henry's brother John had preached in the neighborhoold of Branford in 1675."
