Henry Wirick of the Southern Branch of Eliz. River in the County of Norfolk Book 9, p. 25 Dated 12/28/1710 Probate 4/20/1711

…unto my daughter Mary Barttee the plantation I now Live on…Dureing my Daughters maryes naturall Life and after her Decease to fall to my grandson Robert Bartee and to the first male heir Lawfully begotten of his body and In case he Dies without heire then to fall to the next surviveing heire and soe from heir to heir for Ever without any Saile or Division on the Said Land.

…unto my Daughter Patient Odean and to my Son in Law Wm. Odean Dureing here naturall Life my Plantation I bought of Jno.
