Facts and Events
Blomefield, the historian of Norfolk, gives an account of ten or eleven tumuli, the largest of which is called tut-hill, near Thetford, Norfolk, England, doubtless raised by the Danes to cover their slain, in a battle with King Edmund, A.D. 871.[1] At least two of Henry and Bridget Tuthill's children, Henry and Elizabeth, emigrated permanently to America and one son, John emigrated for a short time.
