Is he the Henry McLaughlin whose Belleville, NJ, property was sold at a Sheriff's Sale on May 8, 1838, to satisfy debts to John W. Hinton and John Munn? Part of this land (Lot 11 on William Street) had been bought from Solomon and Elkalah Isaacs on 20 January 1830. The following January 30 he bought lots 9 and 10 from John Rabey. On this second deed he is identified as Henry McGlaucklin. Since Peter Donnelly also bought land from Solomon Isaacs, this seems to confirm the relationship of this Henry McLaughlin to Peter Donnelly, and hence to Ellen McLaughlin Donnelly.
