Know all men by these presents that I Caleb Hazle of Nelson and
________ for and in consideration of the sum of twenty five pounds current
money of Virginia to me in _____ pays by William Hazle of the afore I
have bargaain ?fold? and deliver unto the said HALL five herd of cattle,
one bay horse mar, one iron kettle, one bake oven, two small pok__ one
feather bed and furniture two Hagg____ _____ one loom & gears one pewter
____ two plates two platter Bafone one rifle gun one spring wheel one ____
mill and one Iron Trammel to him and his heirs forever provided ___________
if the Caleb Hazle or my heirs or ______ Shall pay my step children Henry
Hall, Elizabeth Hall, William Hall, Levy Hall and Benjamin Hall half the sum
of five pounds each in stock or sutable _______ when they become of age to
receive the same it being ___________ from the effects of their father James
Hall which fell into my home then the obligation above bill of sale to be
void due to remain in full power on Virtue in ______ when or we have set my
had and seal this 17 day of November 1788.
