Acquisition of Land from Virginia Northern Neck Land Grants:
- G-461: Henry Gohenour of Augusta County, 300 acres in said County. Surv. Mr. John Baylis. On Narrow Passage Branch of Shannondoah River, adj. John Melfries. 20 Oct. 1750. [Virginia Northern Neck Land Grants, 1742-1775, Vol. 2, Gertrude E. Gray, pg. 46].
Acquisition of Land from Northern Neck Warrants & Surveys:
- Henry Gohenour, no warrant - 1 Nov. 17_(torn) (prob. 1750) - date of grant - 20 Oct. 1750; 300 acres on North branch of Narrow Passage a branch of Shannandoah.
