Sept 23, 1847 Sarah Ann Driskill appointed Administratrix of estate of Henry Driskill, dec’d. Sureties: Elias Cary, John Driskill Source: Wills, Administrations, Guardians and Adoptions of Highland County, Ohio, 1805-1880, McBryde, pub 1957. Sept 4 1857 Dr. John H. Quinn appointed Guardian of Alice age 16 yrs and William Driskill age 14 years, minor heirs and legal representatives of Henry Driskill, dec'd. Their Mother being present and approving said choice. From Chancellory Record 2, page 166 (236): Alice Driskell, et al, vs John Driskill, et al, (Filed Nov 12, 1853) Partition. Plaintiffs Alice, William and Henrietta Driskill, by their guardian John Torrie, allege that they have an interest in 83 1/3 acres on Turtle Creek, part of Dadaes Survey No. 4550. The defendants, John and Angeline Driskill, both minors, and Mary, formerly Driskill, wife of William Brown, are joint tenants with plaintiffs. Sarah A., the widow of Henry Driskill, dec'd., is entitled to dower. All parties reside in Highland County. |
