Henry Chickering, born probably about 1560, died at Ringsfield, co. Suffolk, England, before 7 July 1627 when his will was proved; married Mary -----. He lived in Bramfield, co. Suffolk, at least from 1588 to 1595, but removed later to Ringsfield, a nearby parish. His will, made 11 July 1626, named his wife Mary and … children (Henry, Mary, John, Reginald [Reinold], Judith, Francis and Simon); also a son-in-law Nicholas Wolnough, who perhaps married a deceased daughter but may equally well have been a stepson.
