Page 87 (Vol. IX) 4 November, 1718: Symon Chapman and Jonathan Elsworth of Windsor moved the Court for care to be taken of the estate of Henry Chapman sometime of Windsor decd., his widow being now deceased that was Adms., and also that care be taken of the children. This Court grant Adms. to Symon Chapman and Jonathan Elsworth. This Court appoint Jonathan Elsworth to be guardian to the children of Henry Chapman, viz., to Sarah Chapman and Henry Chapman.
