Biography of Helen E Pollard

Helen E Pollard, 87, of Paul's Valley, OK, formerly of Osceola, AR, entered into rest Friday, March 4, 2011 in Paul's Valley. Born in West Plains, MO, May 27, 1923, to the late Louis and Nancy York, she was a member of Beaty Baptist Church in Paul's Valley and a past member of First Baptist Church in Osceola and a homemaker. She is survived by her six sons and two daughters; thirty-three grandchildren, sixty great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren; two sisters and two brothers. She was preceded in death by her husband Sidney William Pollard, her parents, three sons: Jimmy Ray Pollard, Sidney Lyn Pollard, Jr., Timmy Lee Pollard, Sr.; two daughters: Janet Ruth Smith and Martha Jane Harris: two great grandsons: Hunter James Watson and Brandon Lee Smith; two brothers: John Riley York and Robert York; and one sister: Judy Presley.
