OLIN Lacona-- Mrs. Hazel Irene Olin, 59, widow of Clinton Olin, died this morning at her home on North Ridge RD from a heart ailment, which she has had for several months. Funeral services will be... Monday at the home of her sister, Mrs. Cecile Merriman... Lacona, the Rev. E. Kendall Scouten, pastor of First Methodist Church of Sandy Creek, officiating. Burial will be in Wesleyan Cemetery... Surviving are a son, Ronald J. Olin, Lacona; two sisters, Mrs. Merriman and Mrs. Edith LaVeck, Pulaski... Mrs. Olin was born March 29, 1899 in Town of Sandy Creek, a daughter of the late John and Ethel Orvis Riley. Educated in the Sandy Creek High School, she taught in area schools for several years. She married Mr. Olin in Watertown in April 1936. He died in 1953. Mrs. Olin attended the Methodist Church. References
