After marriage to Lovisa Ingalsbe, Hazael seems to have followed his father-in-law's migration pattern. Indeed, John Ingalsbe shares a similar migratory path with the Hendersons, having started out in Shrewsbury, Worcester Co., MA, then going to Hartford, Washington Co., NY, in the spring of 1789. John Ingalsbe moved from Washington Co., NY, to Rutland, Jefferson Co., NY, in the spring of 1806, and in Dec., 1812, he moved to Onondaga Co., NY.
