From researcher Shirley Simpson: Westchester County Records: Richard Cornell, Ebenezer Cornell and Haviland Cornell of Scarsdale convey to Thomas Cornell of the same place, land in Scarsdale, three fourths of which devised to them by will of their father Peter Cornell, late of Scarsdale, deceased April 5, 1785. Haviland Cornell of New Castle, Yeoman, and Mary, his wife, to Isaac Lounsberry of Frederick Town, Dutchess Co, Yeoman, and Robert Lounsberry of New Castle, land in New Castle purchased from said Isaac and Robert Lounsberry and their wives, Deborah and Sarah April 1, 1793. The Will of Haviland Cornell of North Castle was proved January 12, 1844. It mentions only his second wife Lavinia and his daughter Phebe, who was still a minor. Westchester County Wills, 27:383.
