  3. There is no further mention of her in her husband's probate file [Essex file 23055]. In the will she is given the East end of the house. There appears to be no mention of the west end of the house in the will? Neither her, nor the house, appear to be mentioned in the agreement of the sons and sons-in-law dividing real estate dated 27 Mar [1722?] (acknowledged 2 Oct 1722).
