Initially lived on Vestry Street, off Summer, toward the Linwood Cemetery. This street does not show on modern maps, and may either be renamed to "Hope" or have been removed entirely. Worked in "box shop", where fine boxes were made. They also made the paper that covered those boxes. May have worked in the Greenhouses formerly located in the Rosemont Avenue area of Haverhill. Subsequently lived on Madison Street and was flooded (about 1936). Also worked for the WPA toward the time of World War II. Later worked for Bradford Junior College in a care-taking role.
