Francois LeBLANC, born about 1698 at Port-Royal, Acadia, son of Andre' & Marie DUGAS (Reference: research done by Stephen WHITE). He married 1st to Ce'cile BOUDREAU about 1722; 2nd to Marie-Josephe LABAUVE about 1728. He and Ce'cile BOUDROT were godparents for Marie LEBLANC, daughter of Jacques & Catherine BOUDROT (Grand-Pré 1 Oct 1719). Godparents for his children born 1723, 1724 and 1731 were Andre', Joseph and Claire LE BLANC.

He lived at Saint-Charles-des-Mines [Acadia].
