  • Vol. 1 - MAY, 1753. - Francis Sybert vs. Donnally and Garrison.--In 1749, Sybert bought of John Donnolly 300 acres on headwaters of Roanoke River in Colonel Patton's Grant of 5,000 acres, but John transferred his right to Paul Garrison.
