Frances was a daughter of Edward Burcham of Lynn, MA. When she was 16 she married Isaac Willey in Boston on June 8, 1660. He died shortly thereafter and Frances married Clement Minor November 26, 1662, in New London. They had 5 children, all born in New London: Mary, Joseph, Clement, William and Ann. Just a week or so after Ann's birth, Frances died December 6, 1672. Left with a young baby, Clement remarried on February 20, 1673. His new wife Martha Wellman bore one child, Phebe. Martha died July 5, 1681, and Clement married again. His third wife Johanna Minor died October 10, 1700, and Clement Minor died November 8, 1700. Most probably all are buried in New London's Ancient Burial Ground which was started in 1653, but only Clement's stone remains.
