FRANCELIA LAMOINE (SIS) BUTT was born on 3 Apr 1913 at Chicago, Cook County, Illinois. She was usually known as Sis. Her aunt (Francelia Parke Tucker) and great-grandmother (Francelia Brown Lockwood) also bore the name.
In the 1970s at least, several Butt siblings lived near one another in Chicago Heights, Illinois. Francelia and brother Joseph lived together and next door to brother Walter. Sister Harriett lived a couple blocks down the street.
Sis never married, nor had any children.
She died on 14 Jun 1981 at Chicago, Cook County, Illinois, at age 68. She was buried in Cedar Park Cemetery, at Chicago, Cook County, Illinois
