    Forrest Addison Davis, age 80, of Woodsfield, Ohio passed away Monday January 6, 2014 at his home. He was born in Jerusalem, Ohio March 28, 1933 a son of the late Cecil and Corrine Bishop Davis.

    He was a lay minister for many years at North Hill United Methodist Church in Akron, Ohio and currently a member of the Woodsfield United Methodist Church.

    Preceded in death by his parents and wife Juanita Hall Davis.

    He is survived by his sister Jeannie Young and her children Alicia (Anthony) McSwords, Kenneth (Shelley) Young, Keith (Denise) Young, Amy (Brad) Postle, their children Jessica (Corey), Victor (Jewell), Zane, Owen, Kendra, Kari (Johnny), Flint, Logan, Josie, Whitney, Zady & Heidi, great-great nieces and nephew; Austin, Olivia, Kenley, Leah, Arissa and Madelyn.

    Friends received from 1p.m. until time of Funeral Service at 2 p.m. Thursday January 9, 2014 at the Bauer-Turner Funeral Home 100 S. Paul St. Woodsfield, Ohio with Pastor Anthony McSwords officiating. Interment in the Old Wegee United Methodist Church Cemetery near Shadyside, Ohio.
